    Built during the Plantation Days of the late 1800s, the church still holds Sunday services spoken in Hawaiian.

    Kaena Iki
    Located past Garden of the Gods, this is the largest heiau on the island, a place where ancient Hawaiians worshiped.

    Halulu Heiau
    This ancient religious site is located three miles to Kaunolu Village. The heiau is difficult to reach but can easily be viewed if visitors take an interpretive hike through the Kaunolu Village.
