    Luahiwa - Rain Heiau and Petroglyph Phreserve
    Covering three acres on South Lanai, these stone images were made by the ancient Hawaiian people for spiritual purposes before the 1600s. To access them drive on Manele Bay Road (Highway 440) from Lanai City and turn left on the first dirt road.

    Located at Kaiolohia Beach (known as Shipwreck Beach), these petroglyphs are ancient rock carvings that depict animals, people and other things. The Bird Man of Lanai petroglyphs are easy to access from the main road.

    Wash Rock Dive Site
    The reef is a lava tube that consists of two parts nicknamed Hungry Shark Reef and Tunnel of Love. There is also an enormous rock covered in coral and surrounded by sea life.
